Shandong Zhonggu Starch Sugar Co., Ltd. Is located in Xingguang Industrial Park, has floor area of 170, 000 square meters, uses total investment of 500 million Yuan, and has annual corn crusting quantity of 1 million tons, annual starch output of 450, 000 tons, syrup of 450, 000 tons and by-products of 260, 000 tons. It is corn starch delivery warehouse designated by Dalian Commodity Exchange and wholesale market corn delivery warehouse of Jilin Corn Center, and wins the first order of corn starch futures of Dalian Commodity Exchange.
Its main products: Corn Starch, Malt Syrup, Beer Syrup, Fructose Syrup, Special Syrup for sweet, Corn fiber, Corn protein, Corn germ, corn steep liquor, etc. Raw material corn has the advantage of rich resource, equipment uses foreign and domestic advanced large powder and sugar production specialized equipment, whole process production uses stainless steel equipment and pipe, production process absorbs advanced computer automatic control of America, Sweden and Germany, and automation coverage is over 95%. Water for production is taken from underground 500 meters, is sent to the workshop by food level plastic pipe, ensures safety and hygiene, makes its corn starch, high malt syrup and cold drink syrup reach or exceed national standards, and can reach special requirement of the customers.
It's products are sold to over ten famous domestic enterprises such as Mengniu Dairy, Qingdao Beer and Shineway Group. Corn starch, malt syrup, corn protein and corn fiber are exported to over 20 countries and areas such as Peru, Lebanon, Philippines, South Korean, Mauritius and England, and annual exporting amount reaches 25 million US dollars.
Products of the company obtain IS09000 quality authentication, ISO9001 quality management system authentication, ISO22000 food safety management system authentication and ISO14001 environmental management system authentication.
The company obtained exporting qualification in 2008, handled sanitation registration. Certificates of malt syrup, corn starch, corn protein and corn fiber, passed Muslim food authentication, kosher food authentication and
HACCP authentication, and was evaluated national designated production enterprise of special commodity.
