HPM87 monocrystalline silicon diaphragm seal with flange connecdtion pressure transmitter adopts the monocrystalline silicon sensor chip made of German advanced MEMS technology, and the world's original monocrystalline silicon double-beam suspension design, which realizes the international leading high accuracy, ultra-high overpressure performance and excellent stability. Embedded professional signal processing module, realize the perfect combination of static pressure and temperature compensation, can be in a wide range of static pressure and temperature changes to provide very high measurement accuracy and long-term stability.
HPM87 monocrystalline silicon flange diaphragm type pressure transmitter can accurately measure the pressure value and convert it into (4~20)mA DC output signal. The transmitter can be operated locally by three buttons, or remotely by universal hand manipulator, configuration software, and cell phone APP for display and configuration operation without affecting the output signal.
