The paper strips are wound around the core rod of the determined inner diameter of the paper tube, and under the drive of the belt, the paper strips are continuously wound into the required paper tube. Then, the automatic cutting mechanism cuts the paper tube into blanks of the required length for further processing in the pipeline.
