Product Introduction
This series of ozone generator uses the unique patent technology and adopts the inte-grated design, easy to install and operate. Corona Discharge Technology
The ozone generator adopts the advanced dielectric barrier double gap discharge technology. The high voltage electric field between the two annular gaps is discharged on both sides to convert the passing oxygen into ozone, so the ozone generation efficiency is high.
Material
External electrode is made of 316L stainless steel; imported medium coating material is used for ceramic dielectric tube and borosilicate glass is used as glass dielectric tube; Ozone generation tank: 316L stainless steel body.
DISCHARGE TUBE
The discharge tube is the basis for the design of ozone generator. The surface finish and uniformity of the dielectric layer have a great influence on the discharge efficiency and stability.
Control and Monitoring
Equipment has operation monitoring functions to current, voltage, temperature, flow rate, gas pressure and operation status and protection functions.Control method includes manual control and automatic control for option.
