The induction furnace of CS-900 series high-frequency
infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer with the function of
automatic reverse purging dust removal. When it used with a
dust extraction valve, it automatically removes a large amount
of dust from combust, to make sure the accurate and repeatable
analysis results, reducing manual cleaning time and increasing
efficiency. High working efficiency, the dust removal power
comes from the combustion exhaust gas, which truly realizes
energy saving and environmental protection.

Carbon and sulfur are one of the most widely distributed elements in nature. In the earth's crust,
carbon and sulfur usually exist in the form of compound (such as carbonate, sulfate) and element (such as
coal, sulfur). In the metal smelting process, no matter what smelting technology and craft is adopted,
carbon and sulfur will inevitably enter the metal material and form a variety of compounds, which will
have a certain impact on the properties of the metal. Therefore, in the entire smelting industry chain and
downstream industry chain, the analysis of carbon and sulfur elements is necessary.
The high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer is a fast carbon and sulfur analyzer, which
analyzer is a advanced carbon and sulfur analyzer at present, and it is widely used in fields of metallurgy,
machinery, scientific research, verification industries and etc.
Based on the principle of high-frequency induction combustion, the carbon and sulfur elements
contained in the sample are converted into CO2 and SO2. CO2 and SO2 have strong absorption bands at
4.26 μm and 7.4 μm respectively. By measuring the light intensity change after gas absorption, and
analyze the percentage of CO2 and SO2 gas concentration, indirectly determine the percentage of carbon
and sulfur in the measured sample. After circuit processing and analog-to-digital conversion, enter the
computer for data processing, and finally print out the analysis results by a printer.
