Tips for adhesive application
1. Keep the wood chips dry: Before using wood chip glue, first make sure the wood chips are dry, because wet wood chips will affect the adhesion of the glue. It is recommended to place the wood chips in a ventilated and dry place to dry beforehand.
2. Adjust the quality of the glue: The quality of the glue will directly affect the bonding effect of the wood chips. If the glue is too thin, the adhesion will be very poor; if the glue is too thick, gaps will appear between the wood chips and they will not bond well. Therefore, it can be adjusted as needed.
3. Stir evenly: When using glue, make sure it is completely mixed evenly so that the wood chips can be evenly combined.
4. Apply evenly: When applying glue, apply it evenly to avoid uneven thickness. This can be achieved by using a scraper.
