YZLK series urban garbage compactor is a kind of large-scale compacting equipment autonomously developed by the company based on the technology and experiences of developing and manufacturing full hydraulic vibratory rollers for over 20 years and in combination with NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) defense technology of military products. The equipment can meet the needs of garbage filling and burying ground in environmental sanitation industry and has the functions of compacting and flattening.
Performance characteristics:
The working principle of YZLK series garbage compactors is that relying on the cam roller and the mass of machine itself and the exciting vibrating force produced by the rotation of eccentric mass in roller as well as the joint action of the driving force produced in the process of driving, the garbage is broken up and compacted. It is also relies on the strong adhesion of each cam and oil cylinder flattening mechanism, the accumulated garbage is flattened and compacted. The machine is full hydraulic transmission, and consists of four separate system of propulsion, vibration, steering and flattening.
Air purifier is added in the cab according to the principle of "NBC defend technique" of military products, which improve the operating environment of the drivers.
The scraper blade mechanism is added, which improve the operating steadiness.
The best match of garbage compacting parameters are obtained by using the compacting principle, and the optimal compacting results is realized.
Rear axle adopts the connection of elasticity suspension, which improves the resist-impact power of the entire machine.
