1.Q: Are you manufacturer, trading company or a third party?
A: We are trading company, but we have three main factories. One factory main for corrugated cardboard production line.One for making printing slotting die cutting machine and stacker machine. The third one is main for gluing and stitching machine. All profession making special machine. Don't worried. We have professional teams to do every department.
2.Q: What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
A: Our minimum quantity is 1 set, as our product is carton machinery equipment, it's difficult to send you free samples first, if you have any questions about the products, please feel free to contact us for more details, we are glad to provide you more information of our machines, such as specifications,video, etc
3.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality controlling?

3)In principle, we provide a lifetime service policy for machines sold by our company. Quality assurance is generally 12-18 months (different machines, warranty period is not the same), the scope of warranty includes the mechanical part of the problem, does not include human damage caused by the machine can not be used, but we will make our best efforts to help you solve the problem. Electrical parts are not covered by warranty if not for quality problems.
