1. The undercarriage assembly
The frame is equipped with an automatic pot hole protection system, providing higher safety when the platform lifts.
The tyre is high-load traceless and solid rubber one, with characteristics of big load, stably driving and cleaner indoor operation.
Steering mechanism is that drove by hydraulic cylinder, which makes that the machine have no turning radius and the platform be cable of adapting narrow operation environment.
2. Shear-forked arm assembly
Shear-forked arm using narrow arm frame which adopts high strength steels, and it has better reliability and longer service life.
3. Electrical system
The electrical system is the control system made by Hirschmann, which adopts CAN bus control technology. The chassis is set with a controller and platform is set with an operating handle. CAN bus is adopted for communication between the chassis and platform controller to achieve control on machine action.
4. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system adopts power unit driving to drive hydraulic system directly through that storage battery supplies power to storage battery pump. Hydraulic valve is the valve element provided by America Hydraforce and hydraulic system adopts electricity liquid proportion controlling technology, which may achieve that the machine operates stably.
Lifting oil cylinder is equipped with a hydraulic lock to ensure that the working platform may maintain reliably after hydraulic hose fractures. Rising oil cylinder is equipped with an emergency lowering valve so that the platform may lower with a stably speed under sudden failure or power shortage to ensure personnel safety.
