Product Description
Hollow Fiber UF Membrane Material - PVC
UF Technology Ultrafiltration (UF) is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 um-0.002 um.Typically, UF membranes will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, and organic and inorganic polymeric molecules. Low molecular-weight organics and ions such as sodium, calcium, magnesium chloride, and sulfate are not removed by UF Membranes. Because only high-molecular weight species are removed, the osmotic pressure differential across the UF Membrane surface is negligible. Low applied pressures are therefore sufficient to achieve high flux rates from an Ultrafiltration membrane.Flux of a membrane is defined as the amount of permeate produced per unit area of membrane surface per unit time.
UF Efficiency
Water Treatment Category:
To reduce turbidity by removing SS, such as fine tiny sediment, rust, and other suspended particles;
To reduce UF outlet SDI by removing colloid, such as all kinds of organic colloids and inorganic colloid;
To reduce COD, BOD and TOC by removing High Molecular-weight Substances;
To remove Microorganism, such as bacterium, blood worm, giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium.
Non-water Liquid Treatment Category:
Such as milk, soy sauce, wine and beverage, traditional Chinese herb medicine, Western medicine, and so on; to purify the
concentration of main component parts of the liquid;
To remove the impurities which affect the grade of purity and special flavour of main component parts;
To concentrate the liquid concentration to the required one;To extract & separate the material with different dalton.
Main Features:
1. End-cap hemisphere bulging structure can withstand higher pressure.
2. Anti-impact UPVC housing with 1mm thicker, can withstand pressure above 1.6Mpa, and avoid leakage due to long term usage that cause change in housing material.
3. End-cap casting layer adopt non-degumming structure, which ensures connection and sealing between epoxy resin and end-cap.
