Where is your factory located? How far is your factory from the airport and train station?
A:The factory is located in Pingyang, it will be about 1.5 hours from the airport to our factory and 15 minutes from Ruian Railway Station.
What is the machine delivery time? What is the packing way for delivery?
A:Generally speaking, the machine could be shipped out within 15-20 days after confirming everything. The machine would be spayed with anti-rust oil and then wrapped with stretch film, at last, it would be packed in non-fumigation wooden box. Products are generally shipped from Ningbo Port, China to the destination port by sea.
How about the machine guarantee?
A:During the production process, we will adopt strict inspection process to ensure product quality. During one year, any parts damaged caused by machine-self, the seller will repair/replace the spare parts for free, but the buyer should pay the freight. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine's life.

A:Yes. We devote lots of time to improving the installation manual. Now together with installation video, the manual is detailed enough for our clients to install accordingly step by step.
