9. What is your delivery time?
   
   If in stock, we can deliver within 15 days. For larger quantities, delivery may take 25-35 days.



10. What is your packaging?
    
    Our standard packaging is 20-25kg per carton, with customized logos available. We can also accommodate specific packaging requests.



11. What are your payment terms?
    
    We accept T/T, L/C, D/P for general orders, and Paypal/Western Union for small or sample orders.
