JC: Normally 1 year or 12 months whichever occurs first.
Q3.Can you produce the products labeled with the client's brand?
JC: With the authorization of the brand, we can OEM for our clients.
Q4.Can I buy the products directly on the website without asking customer service?
JC: The price of the products is for reference only. Please consult customer service for details.
      The products without communication will not be delivered.
Q5.What payment terms do you accept?
JC: On the T/T term 30% down payment is required in advance, and a 70% balance shall be
      settled before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before 
      you pay the balance.

       is 20-30 days depending on order quantity.
