Working principle

The venturi (desulphurization type) dust removal developed by our company is a purification equipment of high efficiency which is widely used in exhaust gas treatments in building industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, refractory materials, ceramic materials and other small coal-fired industrial furnaces and boilers. Especially for the harsh environment of small industrial kilns and industrial boilers with large dust content, large vapor content, high exhaust gas temperature while desulphurization products and waste heat recovery are of little significance, the application effect is very good. So it's a promising purification equipment.

Venturi tube (desulphurization type) water spray dust removal has the functions of dust removal, demisting, cooling and mass transfer, etc. The dust removal efficiency is up to 99% for purifying dust particles of one micron, and it is stable, with less investment, less floor space and maintenance management, thus it's suitable for the dust removal and desulfurization system of the exhaust gas of small and medium-sized rotary kiln, tunnel kiln, pusher kiln, shuttle kiln, and Mongolian yurt type down draught kiln and the drying of all kinds of ceramics, refractories, non-ferrous metal raw materials.

Venturi desulfurization type water spray dust removal is composed of the followings: shrink pipe, throat pipe, diffusion pipe, water spray device, cyclone-type water spray dust removal, desulfurizing agent, water baffle at the entrance and exit and feeding waterseal, etc.
