1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SPECIES
Weizmannia Coagulans is a lactic acid bacterial species, gram-positive, catalase positive, spore-forming, motile and a facultative anaerobe. Weizmannia is named in honor of Chaim Weizmann, a noted biochemist, who later became the first President of the State of Israel. Although its metabolism prefers mesophilic temperature
of about 40ºC, it can grow at temperatures from 30ºC to 55ºC; it grows in the pH range of 5.5 to 7.0.
 
2. SELECTION AND TAXONOMY
Weizmannia Coagulans BC-G44 is isolated from fermented Yellow Peach. Weizmannia Coagulans BC- G44 survival rate to show its application advantages in
various food and beverage categories. We know that formulation interactions and processing parameters have significant impacts on probiotic strain's stability.

3. SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION
3.1 Safe Production
(1) Probiotics  strain  Weizmannia  Coagulans  by  the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) for use in food as a safe edible fungus.
(2) The production line  Weizmannia Coagulans BC- G44    is    completed    under    the    quality    system    of ISO/HACCP/NSF-cGMP/Kosher, etc
3.2 Non-GMO Declaration
(1) The strain has not been genetically modified.
(2) Within our controllable range, the raw materials, preservatives,  and  diluents  used  for  the  production  of freeze-dried bacterial powder do not contain genetically

3.3 Genetic identification and strain preservation
Weizmannia Coagulans BC-G44 is owned by Biogrowing Company.   This  strain has undergone  a  series of evaluations through the probiotic evaluation system and has  been  identified  by  the  Institute  of  Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on 16s-rRNA gene sequencing.  It  belongs  to  the subspecies   Weizmannia Coagulans and is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with the accession number CCTCC.M.2018445.

5. IN VIVO STUDIES
5.1 Boost Immunity (Zebrafish Test)
Randomly select transgenic   macrophage   green fluorescent line zebrafish at 5dpf in a 6-well plate, with 30 zebrafish treated  in  each well  (experimental group). Water-soluble  Weizmannia  Coagulans  BC-G44 (concentration as shown in Table  1) were  administered, while normal control group and model control group were set up, with  a volume  of 3ml per well.  Except  for the normal control group, all other experimental groups were injected  with  Poly(I:C)  to  establish  a  zebrafish  viral pneumonia  model.  After  3h  of  treatment  at  28°C, 10 zebrafish from each experimental group were randomly selected  and  photographed   under  a  fluorescent microscope. NIS Elements D 3.20  advanced   image processing software was used to collect data, analyze the fluorescence  intensity  of  macrophages  at  the  site  of zebrafish  inflammation,   and   evaluate    the immunomodulatory efficacy of the samples based on the statistical  analysis  results  of  this  indicator.  Statistical processing  results  were  represented   as  mean  ±   SE. Statistical   analysis   was  performed   using   SPSS   26.0 software, with P < 0.05 indicating statistical significance.   Under  the   conditions   of  this experiment, Weizmannia Coagulans  BC-G44  exhibits  immunomodulatory  efficacy, specifically manifested as a decrease in the fluorescence intensity  of macrophages.  Please  refer to  Figure  2  and

The results show that under the experimental conditions, the  Weizmannia Coagulans  BC-G44   has immunomodulatory effects,  specifically manifested as a
decrease in the fluorescence intensity of macrophages.

5.2 Sport Nutrition (Zebrafish Test)

Randomly  selected  3dpf wild-type  AB  strain  zebrafish were  placed    in    6-well    plates,    with    each    well (experimental group) treated with 30 zebrafish. The fish were  administered  a water-soluble  dose  of Weizmannia Coagulans  BC-G44  (concentration  see  Table  2),  while also  setting  up  a  normal  control  group  and  a  model control group, with each well holding a volume of 3ml.  After treatment at 28°C for 96 hours (with fluid change at 48h), 10    zebrafish    were    randomly    selected    from    each experimental  group,  and  their  total  movement  distance within  1 hour was measured using a behavior analyzer. The statistical analysis results of this indicator were used to evaluate    the    exercise    nutritional     efficacy    of Weizmannia  Coagulans  BC-G44.  Statistical  processing results are expressed as mean ±  SE.  Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS26.0 software, with P < 0.05 indicating statistically significant differences. 
In  this experimental  condition,    the     condensed Weizmannia   Coagulans   BC-G44   has   the    effect   of promoting  exercise  nutrition,  specifically  manifested  as an increase in total distance traveled (Figure 4).
