Main features :
Webster Hardness Tester is a portable instrument which can measure conveniently the aluminum,  especially  can measure  special workpiece shapes which can not be or inconvenient to be measured by  other instrument,  such as extrusions, tubes, plates and so on. The test process has no damage to workpiece,  and no need for  sample taking, it is specially applied in production site, sales site or construction site. 
Application:
1.Used to inspect whether the work piece has been heat treated,and the heat treatment effect, judge whether the work piece mechanical property is qualified.  
2.Used to ascertain whether the workpiece is processed by improper alloys, judge whether the workpiece  alloy composition is  qualified .
3 . Used to test the overlength, overweight workpiece and assemblies.
4 .Used for production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality monitoring and inspection.
