Silicon Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle is formed by isostatic pressing and by pressureless sintering, with excellent performance. Drilling, groove processing, inside and outside diameter and end face finishing (including surface) can be processed to meet the user's design requirements.

Typical Applications: >Various dry powder, liquid sandblasting, etc. >Applications: metal pretreatment, mold treatment, strengthening, rust removal, polishing, etc.; clothing frosting treatment. Features and Advantages >Silicon Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle adopts dry bag CIP forming process, high density (>3.15g/cm³), Vickers hardness above 23GPa, and excellent wear resistance. >Silicon Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle can be drilled and grooved, and the inner and outer diameters and end faces can be finished (including curved surfaces) with a machining accuracy of 0.01mm. >Silicon Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle are subjected to strict inspections for density, size, and surface fluorescence penetrating. >The service life of Silicon Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle can reach 600-800 hours, which is more than twice longer than carbide nozzles (varies depending on the medium).
