The main raw materials of geotextiles produced by Anhui Zhonglu are polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP). There are two production processes: one is filament spunbond needle-punched geotextile made of polyester; the other is filament spunbond needle-punched geotextile. The other is staple fiber needle punched geotextile, which can be made from polyester and polypropylene. Product specifications cover 100g/m2- 800g/m2. Geotextiles have good mechanical properties: excellent permeability, filterability and adaptability to deformation. It meets customer functional requirements for corrosion resistance, aging resistance, isolation, drainage, protection and enhancement.

Product Application

Main functions: separation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection, liquid blocking.
1) Filtration The filter layer of canals, coasts, concrete slopes and retaining walls. at the same time
Prevents the passage of clay particles and allows free passage of water and gas.
2) Isolation Isolation of railway muck and roadbed, roadbed and soft base, airport and parking lot surface and foundation, and different dam materials. It isolates soil and gravel from two different particle channels from foundations or other structures.
3) Reinforced roads, railways, earth-rock dams, breakwaters, airports, retaining walls, backfill, slope protection, etc., to disperse soil stress, prevent lateral displacement of soil, and improve soil stability. High strength road reinforced polyester needle punched non-woven polypropylene geotextile.
4) Protection: Prevent the embankment from being washed away, protect the embankment and bottom, and prevent water and soil from being washed away.
