337 water-based polyamide wax rheological additive product is a thixotropic paste made of specially modified polyamide wax dispersed and expanded in deionized water and cosolvent inadvance and activated. Specially designed and applied to water-borne coatings system, which can effectively establish thixotropy, control sag and prevent sedimentation, and can help aluminum powder and metal pigments to arrange directionally in the system.
Compared with traditional aqueous rheological additives,it has the following advantages:
1.Excellent thixotropy, sag resistance and sedimentation resistance.
2.In waterborne metallic paint, the positioning arrangement of aluminum powder can be strengthened and the gloss of paint film can be increased.
3.It can be used in highly polar systems that are miscible with water.
4.It is easy to disperse and can be added at any stage of production without grinding.
5.Good temperature resistance.

Application:337 polyamide wax slurry is suitable for all kinds of industrial and civil waterborne coatings
1.337 can be added directly,at any stage of paint preparation.
2.High-speed dispersing machine should be used for dispersing equipment, and high-shear equipment such as sand mill should not be used.
3.The dispersing speed is 1500RPM,and the time is 20-30 minutes.During the dispersing process, attention should be paid to keeping the dispersing disk below the liquid level to prevent bubbles from being involved.
4.In order to give full play to the performance of the product,it is suggested to adjust the PH value of the system,and the pH value should be ≥8.
