Wasted Gas (VOCs) Treatment and Recycling Tx-H108 Special Chelating Resin

TX-H108 is a resin for the treatment of VOCs organic waste gas, which not only enables emissions to meet standards, but also recyles valuable organic components.

Adsorbable gas types:

1. Aromatics: benzene, toluene, xylene, nitrobenzene, naphthalene, phenol, etc.
2. Alkanes: n-hexane, cyclohexane, heptane, n-heptane, C4-C6, etc.
3. Halogenated hydrocarbons: dichloromethane, dichloroethane, trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, chlorobenzene, etc.
4. Alcohols: isopropyl alcohol, butanol, etc.
5. Ethers: diisopropyl ether, MTBE, etc.
6. Ketones: acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone, methyl isobutyl ketone
7. Esters: ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc. 8. Other categories: carbon disulfide, thiols, organic amines, organic acids, etc

Product Features:

1. High adsorption capacity. The surface area of 1g resin is higher than 1100 m2,
2. Deep adsorption, achieving standard emission. The resin synthesis process determines that its pore structure is controllable, and the removal rate is as high as 99% (based on the actual use environment)
3. Recycle resources. The controllable structure of the resin channel determines its high selectivity, high purity of the recovered solvent can be recycled.
4. High security and reliability. Compared with activated carbon, the resin has its own water, so the operating environment has no requirement for water, will not affect the adsorption effect of VOCs, and can reduce the adsorption heat
5. Regeneration cost is low and clean. Only about 2 times the quality of VOCs steam can be eluted, eluent clear and transparent 6. Good mechanical strength, long service life up to 5 years (based on the actual use environment)
