Self-Amalgamating Epr Rubber Self Amalgamating Tape is an ethylene propylene rubber based high voltage tape possessing excellent electrical, chemical and physical properties.Self Amalgamating Tape is a linerless, self-bonding tape that permits much quicker taping speeds than a tape with a liner and yields a uniform, void-free build-up. The excellent stretch of Self Amalgamating Tape allows conformability to the most complex shape and contour. Self Amalgamating Tape is compatible with all extruded dielectric cable insulations.

Usage:
Insulation protection of the end or middle connections of wire and cable with 10kV or below on the environment

1.Clean adequately the surface of the object
2.Stretching it about twice the length with the adhesive side inside
3.Wind the tape half-lapped without getting wrinkled
4.Take care not to stretch it too tightly at the end of lapping
5.Cut the tape using scissors or knife, then press it enough
6.Where tape may be subject to abrasion or exposure to weather an external covering with
a high quality PVC tape is recommended.
