Q1. What is the test principle for CPV/CCV test kits?
A1. The CPV/CCV test strip uses two monoclonal antibodies in each of the parvovirus/coronavirus to detect the antigen by the principle of double antibody sandwich immunity. One of the specific monoclonal antibodies is conjugated with colloidal gold particle labeling, and the other specific monoclonal antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane (NC membrane). If the parvovirus is present, it will first bind to the gold-labeled antibody to form an antigen-antibody complex. The complex is chromatographed along the NC membrane. When it flows through the test line (T), the antigen-antibody complex binds to the coated antibody at the CPV T line, forming a chromogenic strip at the CPV T line; otherwise, the CPV T line does not develop color. The CPV control line (C line) develops color regardless of the presence of parvovirus antigen. If the coronavirus is present, it will first bind to the gold-labeled antibody to form an antigen-antibody complex. The complex is chromatographed along the NC membrane. When it flows through the test line (T), the antigen-antibody complex binds to the coated antibody at the CCV T line, forming a chromogenic strip at the CCV T line; otherwise, the CCV T line does not develop color. The CCV control line (C line) develops color regardless of the presence of coronavirus antigen.
Q2. What is storage and expiration date for CPV/CCV test kits?
A2. Store at 4 ~ 30ºC, in a cool and dry place, avoid freezing. It is valid for 24 months.

A4. It is recommended to conduct a test immediately after sample collection. If it is not possible to test immediately, the sample can be refrigerated at 2-8°C for 24 hours; if preserved at -20°C, the shelf life of the sample can be increased, but it must be restored to room temperature before use.
Q5. What is the result interpretation for CPV/CCV test kits?
A5. 1) Negative results: Within the specified reaction time, there is one and only one C line in the CPV and CCV window areas;
2) Positive results: Within the specified reaction time, if two color bands (T line and C line) appear in the CPV window area, it indicates that the CPV test is positive; if two color bands (T line and C line) appear in the CCV window area, it indicates that the CCV test is positive; if two color bands (T line and C line) appear in the CPV and CCV window areas, it indicates that both CPV and CCV tests are positive;
3) Invalid results: Within the specified reaction time, no control line (C line) appears in the window area.
