Florfenicol injection 30% Pharmacological effect :
This product can be selectively applied to bacterial 70S ribosomal, competitive binding to bacterial ribosome subunit 50S site, blocking peptide acyltransferase transpeptidation reaction, thereby inhibiting peptide chain elongation, eventually inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and achieve the purpose of killing bacteria. This product has broad antibacterial spectrum, against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and Mycoplasma has strong killing effect. The use of safety, do not cause aplastic anemia. This product is rapid oral absorption, 1 hours after reaching the maximum plasma concentration, bioavailability of 98%. Florfenicol injection 30% Applicable disease :
