One-piece ear tags are used by the livestock producer to keep production records of bloodlines, birth dates, vaccinations and other key criteria necessary for raising animals as a career. Without some form of identification, it would be impossible to manage the records of each animal, especially when entire herds are raised by one person or family.
One -piece ear tag for cattle/cow/sheep/goat/pig feature:
1. The neck of male ear tag will be broken with the pulling force is beyond 380N, the tags male and female will not be removable/reusable when the pulling force is less than 380N.
2. UV resistant/ anti-yellowing does not melt over time due to the high humidity exposure, in the field.

Quality Control:
(1) Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the logo and color of ear tag by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
(2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
(3) Every ear tag quality checked before packing.
(4) Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
