Production Descriptions
Clamping Force 35-300T Standard Machine
1.This machine has direct pressure and bijection cylinder injection structure, clamping force 35-300tons. Computer full display screen has Chinese/English/Russian, electronic ruler for displacement, double pressure valves and hydraulic oil controlling.
2. Fasten lower and movable upper die type with insert part's product, have a good at fixing orientation along with ejector pin device for finishing goods.
3.Driving by nitride steel screw high-torque hydraulic motor, Bijection cylinder injection, three-stage temperature control, high shooting force, and shooting speed & back pressure screw speed can be adjusted, suitable for various precision engineering plastic parts forming.
4.Dual cylinder or double auxiliary cylinder design, which multiple pressure for high-speed closing mould, promote mould's life and safety.
5. Adjustable hopper, convenient cleaning slag and nozzle, quickly replace moulds and components.
6. Unique design and import components make machines has low noise, high efficiency, long life, unique design, convenient in using & operation & maintenance features.
7.Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.
