Addition cure silicone rubber are two compounds, liquid, tin cured silicone rubber that have exceptional tear strength and working properties, cured in room temperature. A range of materials can be casted into the cured silicone molds : plaster, gypsum, concrete , wax, polyurethane , polyester resin .
Here are some properties of the rtv silicone.
1. Low viscosity for easy mixing,great for making simple one- or two-piece block molds.
2. Perfect for art and industrial applications,often used for molds to reproduce sculptures and other prototypes, casting plaster, resins, and wax.
3. Very good fluidity for easy pouring operation.
4. Stable quality & non-oily. 5. Good tension for easy de-molding.
6. Good duplication with fine details.
7. High performance in replication.
8. Excellent resistance against heat, acid & alkali and aging.
9. Low shrinkage.
10. Long Shelf-life up to 12months.
