Model HSGZ-1 Dryer is manufactured by combining the production characteristics of soft capsule production technology summarized through investigation and analysis of the concrete production situations form numerous soft capsule manufacturers at home and abroad, according to the requirements of GMP. The entire equipment is simple and practicable, artistic and elegant.
Model HSGZ-1 Dryer is composed of 4 sections of mutually independent rotating cages and 2 sets of contra set fans. Each section of the rotating cage could be switched to rotate forwardly and reversely with a veering control device. The capsules can be remained to the rotating cage of the current section for drying when the cargo rotates forwardly, and the capsules would be conveyed to the next section of the cage till being driven out when the cage rotates reversely.
Model HSGZ-1 Dryer is mainly used for shaping drying of capsules in the production line. Meanwhile, it could also be applied to dynamic drying of materials and products in grain and pill forms of medicine, food stuff and chemical industries.
Main Characteristics:
Non‐lubricate structure is adopted for the rotating cage of the dryer, so that the pollution of lubricant is averted thoroughly. The whole machine can be clean during the production process.
The rotating cages are in the brand‐new design structure, any section of the cages can be disassembled and reassembled at will, and at the same time, the normal operation of other sections would not be affected.
The rotating cages are made of stainless steel plate. Its internal wall is glossy and smooth without closed angle and fin. It could avoid causing damage of capsule during cage rotation thereby the qualification rate of capsule product can be lifted, and production cost can be lowered.
The cages and ventilation ducts are made of stainless steel plate. Its internal wall is smooth. They can be cleaned easily and thoroughly, and cross pollution can be averted while the products in different assortment are produced.
Oil accepting plate is arranged inside the dryer. It could keep the floor of workshop clean and natty, and decrease waste of finished capsules.
The structure easy to clean, dismantle and reassemble is adopted. Thus the normal maintenance can be completed without need of any tool. Therefore, it could shorten equipment maintenance time and lower labor intensity of operators.
