Introduction and applications: 
·Air Chillers adopt fin condensers (without need of cooling water) with the features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. This series can be afforded cooling ranges from 5~35°C, even lower to 3°C(temperature controlled accuracy at ±1°C). The compressors' power range from 3HP~50HP and cooling. 
·Application Industry: Used in plastic processing industry (mold cooling), machine tool industry (hydraulic media cooling), medicine, chemical industry, food processing industry, air conditioning and HVAC industry.
·Application process: Cooling in the process of product molding.
·Achieved effect: Using microcomputer control, easy to operate, with low liquid level, high / low pressure alarm and other protection functions. Media through PID control, accurate control of water temperature in the air ± 1 ºC. The unit can provide media at 3 ºC ~ 35 ºC. It can provide users with remote control start stop input port.

Packing Details of Surface Finishing Machine

Pallets on the bottom of the machine for forklift transport
Loaded on pallets for the sea shipping to reduce the rough handling of the workers;
The wooden box cover the machine to prevent any mechanical contact
Bubble film and wrapping film when necessary;
Screw and nuts tightly fix machines on pallets to prevent falling down or movement during shipment

Before shipping will take pictures and videos for you
