GLF500 RC Drilling Rig

1. Diesel engine-driving hydraulic system. Walk, Travel, rotate, feed, hoist, land, lift, compensate, unload and so on are all run by hydraulic components.
2. During rock drilling operation, it can work with down-the-hole hammer, and also reverse circulation hammer. Air compressor will provide wind to drive and slag. During operation, use regular dth hammer and ordinary drill pipe for direct drilling, or use the reverse circulation hammer and double-wall drill pipe (air inlet from the drill pipe interlayer and slag discharge from the inner pipe) for reverse circulation drilling.
3. If cutting or cones are used to make holes, mud can be used to discharge slag.
4. The working device is composed of feed mechanism, top drive rotary machine, sliding frame (mast), centering device, rod unloading mechanism, hoisting system, etc.
5. The top drive rotary machine is realized by the hydraulic manifold block to achieve bipolar torque and bipolar speed with equal power output, low speed and high torque and high speed and low torque. To adapt to different working conditions and holes.
6. The rotary machine can be turned away from the drilling axis, which is convenient for the operation of the hoisting machine.
7. The cylinder plate chain propulsion method is reliable and durable.
8. The roller slide is durable and wear-resistant.
9. The thrust axis pressure, thrust speed and rotation speed are adjustable.
10. The small hoist has a lifting force of 1.5 tons, and a steel wire rope is 60 meters long. It can lift drilling tools, tools, etc., or assist in loading and unloading drill pipes.
11. The walking is a crawler type self-propelled structure, which is easy to move. It adopts crawler type chassis. Steel track (inlaid with rubber blocks are optional, which is convenient for walking on urban roads). It is equipped with four high outriggers as standard. When it is transported over long distances and is loaded by a car, it does not need to be lifted, and it can be directly mounted on the car, which is convenient for transportation.
12. Independent hydraulic oil radiator, the hydraulic oil will not produce high temperature when the rig is working continuously.

13. There are four hydraulic outriggers to adjust the angle and stability of the car body during operation.
14. The mast can be fixed to the car body during operation, and there is a rear support rod to improve the stability of the mast operation. 15. There is a level and a special centering device to ensure the accuracy of the hole.
16. The compressor system has a special lubricator to increase the service life of the impactor under deep hole conditions.
