Instrument introduction: Tomato sauce flow viscometer bostwick consistometer for ketchup is a general instrument used to determine the texture structure of food. It is used to determine the viscosity of ketchup, jam and yoghurt.The consistency meter (flow viscometer) of is characterized by low cost,easy to operate and durability.The sample can be quickly tested for compliance with standard viscosity, consistency and fluidity no matter in the laboratory or production site. It is made of 2mm electrolytic treated steel plate and equipped with standard 100ml sample tank.Bostwick performed internal quality tests to ensure a harmony between measurement repeatability and instrumentation.
Features:
Consistometer (flow viscometer) features low cost, easy to operate and durable.Whether the samples meet the standard viscosity,consistency and fluidity can be quickly tested in the laboratory or the production site, and only a small piece of laboratory bench space can be used. It is the simplest and most accurate method for various fluid tests and widely used in chemistry, paint making, cosmetics and food industry.
Usage:
Step 1: pour the sample to be tested (usually 75ml) into the sample tank behind the spring door;
Step 2: press the lock on the spring door to make the spring door snap, and start the time with a stopwatch;
Step 3: the progress of fluid flow in the instrument can be accurately measured by a precise scale on the floor.
Physical characteristics (viscosity, fluidity, etc.) of the sample can be calculated by comparing the flow rate within a specific time period (generally 30 seconds).
The Consistometer is made of stainless steel as a whole, with a precision scale (0.5cm per grid) on the bottom.In order to find the consistency of the experiment, the base is provided with a bubble level instrument, which can adjust the level through the left and right two feet.This instrument is also called "Bostwick Consistometer".

1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

The following physical damage is not covered by warranty. a) instrument is impacted by great force that the internal impact sensor changes from white to red; b) Detector is broken c) Instrument body is broken; d) Loss of accessories; e) Loss of components ;f) Water coming into instrument.
4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
