Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We Have own factory,our company is trade+factory.
Q:Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
A:Our company is located in Jingan District,Shanghai , China .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples, but need our costomers to pay for sample fee and freight.
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is our soul. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
Q:How to control the quality?
A:Our QC will do the in-line and final inspection for each product according to the AQL standard. The defective products will be sorted out, then send you a detailed inspection report for approval before shipping.
Q:How to deal with the faulty?
A:1>We assure the product quality to meet your quality requirement, as all items are produced in a very strict production control system.
2>For defective products, we will send you new ones or negotiate with you to find an acceptable solution.
