Product Description
PVC Duct Tape is made from polyvinyl chloride(PVC) as the backing material, which are coated with rubber Pressure-sensitive adhesive. They have wonderful features such as insulation, flame retardant, cold resistance, voltage resistance, acid & alkali resistance, solvent resistance, etc. 

Features:
1. Uniform thickness of the adhesive layer, good bonding and sealing performance, high viscosity.
2. The bonding force between the substrate and the adhesive layer is large, and there is no degumming no residue phenomenon in the storage or construction process.
3. Good heat aging resistance, strong UV resistance.
4. High tensile strength, appropriate elongation at break, easy to mechanization and manual winding.
5. Complete varieties, specifications and colors, including anti-corrosion belt (inner belt), protective belt (outer belt), sealing belt, anti-corrosion primer and construction machines and tools, etc.

Application:
1. Suitable for all kinds of weather conditions, anti-corrosion, heat resistance, heat preservation.
2. Used for all kinds of pipe and pipe joint winding heat preservation protection.
3. Warning tape is also very versatile. Suitable for air pipe, water pipe, pipeline and other underground pipelineanti-corrosion protection.
4. Twill printing tape can be used for wamning signson the ground, columns, buildin gs, traffic and other areas.
It is mainly used in oil and natural gas transmission. The exterior surface of buried steel pipes in chemical industry, water supply and drainage and gas transmission in urban construction is anticorrosive. Whether it is the sealing of wire joints or the anti-corrosion maintenance of pipes, PVC tape has won the trust of electricians with its strong weather resistance, strong viscosity and chemical corrosion resistance.

Transportation and storage:
(1) The tape in the process of transportation to prevent exposure, rain, prevent crushing deformation.
(2) In the transportation or storage under 5ºC frost, it should be stored at about 20ºC for 48 hours before construction.
(3) Should be stored in a cool, temperature 5 ~ 30ºC, temperature < 75ºC warehouse, the period of 12 months, and away from heat source and open fire.
