Product Description:Insulation glass is a kind of performance glass, which can be divided into three types: XRB1, XRB3, and coated insulation glass. The three types of glass are slightly blue-green and close to colorless glass. Among them, XRB1 is a phosphate absorption glass; XRB3 is a silicate absorption glass; and the coated heat insulating glass is a heat insulating nano-powder to block heat.

Product category:
Thermal insulation glass can be generally divided into two categories according to the different requirements of use.

One is that it can absorb a large amount of infrared rays, and the glass is basically colorless. For example, glass used in film roasting, movie projection, slide show, color printing, etc. requires not only to isolate the heat generated by the light source, to protect the film, but also not to affect the color reproduction. In terms of composition, this kind of glass generally belongs to the phosphate glass system.

The other type is that it is required to absorb part of the infrared rays, and the glass also allows part of the color. For example, windows of buildings in hot areas, shadowless lamps for surgery, and glass such as windshields of automobiles. This glass generally belongs to the silicate glass system.

Features:
They do not absorb visible light significantly but absorb a large amount of near-infrared light that generates heat. Among them, XRB1 and XRB3 have the most obvious performance characteristics when high light intensity is required and heat isolation is required. The use of coated insulating glass in buildings can directly reduce the temperature, and the temperature difference is about 3°C-6°C.

Applications:
The passenger car windows are made of heat-absorbing (shading) glass, which can improve the temperature and humidity conditions in various types of passenger cars when used in summer. In an air-conditioned passenger car, in addition to improving the travel conditions of passengers, it can also greatly reduce the heat load, thereby reducing power consumption, reducing the working time of the air conditioner, and helping to ensure the service life of the air conditioner. The high absorption limit light mid-infrared (its wavelength range is 800~3000Nm) ability, and the visibility is practically unchanged.
