How does an automatic filling capping labeling production line work?
This production line is formed with three machines:
1. Filling machine
2. Capping machine
3. Labeling machine
The process starts with a cost-effective filling machine for liquids and creams with two or four or six nozzles.Using piston pump to make sure the amount of liquid accurately.The product to be filled is draw up a hose by the bumps,this machine has an automated dipping pnuematic nozzle.
Manual put the cap of bottles,automatic press and cap sealing.
The labeling station is also equipped with high advanced sensor for clear label detection and the spindle device improves stable labeling and provide with high labeling accuracy.
