Compared with general mechanical parts, bearings are precision general-purpose parts and require careful installation and debugging.
1) Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean, try to install and use it in closed or semi-closed conditions;
2) It is necessary to use suitable tools and methods (heating) to install the bearing to avoid brutal knocks, which may cause strong impact on the bearing and damage the internal channel;
3) Keep the bearings well lubricated and use appropriate lubricants;
4) Pay attention to the bearing rust prevention, avoid using it in damp places, wear gloves when installing and disassembling;
5) Daily operation specifications for the use of bearings;
6) If there are special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, etc., please communicate with our company in advance, and we will make appropriate adjustments to the product to meet the supporting use.

The bearings are coated with an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil and packed with anti-rust paper when they leave the factory. As long as the packaging is not damaged, the quality of the bearings will be guaranteed.
However, for long-term storage, it is advisable to store it on a shelf 30cm above the ground under the conditions of a humidity of 65% and a temperature of about 20°C.
In addition, the storage place should avoid direct sunlight or contact with cold walls.
