IXPS foam is bright white, no delaminate, high strength-to-weight ratio, closed cell, no water absorbtion, More durable, lighter, flexible. Density is very airtight and quality to exceed PU (polyurethane) and EPS (expanded polystyrene).
This foam is suitable for machine or hand shaping (We also supply pre-shaped blanks). It can be colored easily, shaped with hand tools easily and be glssed with epoxy resin.
It is recyclable foam and a more environment-friendly material for surfboard. IXPS can substitute for PU, EPS and balsa material etc, Suited for the industry of surfboards, kiteboards, sailboards, yachts.
