Natamycin can be used for cheese, meat products, broth, moon cakes, pastries, juices, jams, jellies, marinated products, moldy foods, and the surface of processed utensils. In addition, Natamycin is used to treat fungal infections, including Candida, Aspergillus, Cephalosporium, Fusarium and Penicillium. Natamycin is applied topically as a cream in a lozenge. |
