4. Electric furnace system
4.1 Furnace shell :
The furnace shell is a cylindrical cylinder made of welded steel plate. Diameter Φ4800mm, height 3400mm, two outlets, Angle 120, furnace shell steel plate thickness 16mm, furnace bottom plate thickness 20mm, ring bar and vertical bar thickness 16mm thick, 150mm wide, 4 ring bars, 16 vertical bars, evenly distributed on the furnace shell, bottom plate reinforcement δ 16mm steel plate. The furnace body is supported by 250mm I-steel in height, and the furnace bottom is cooled with natural ventilation.

4.2 water cooling system :
The cooling water cooling system is a cooling device for the components (including short net, pressure ring, large protection set, smoke hood, chimney) working under high temperature conditions. It is composed of water distributor, water tank, pressure gauge, valve, pipe, hose, joint, etc.
Including water distributor, water pipe, water hose, water pipe, return tank, etc. The water return pipe using DN32 water gas steel pipe, including short network and transformer 12 into 12, pipe 4 into 4, low hood 9 into 9, sealing device 3 into 3, water cooling set 6 into 6,6 into 6, furnace pipe 4 into 4, mouth 2 into 2, standby 4 into 4, a total of 50 water, water inlet temperature not more than 30ºC, backwater temperature does not exceed 55ºC.
4.3,Water cold smoke cover part:
The hood is round, the diameter is about 5800mm, and the height of the hood is 1700mm. The three large furnace doors of the operating hole are open structure, δ 8 steel plate is welded and internal inside. Three small furnace doors δ 8 steel plate welded, internal knot. The sides are δ 8 steel plate welded with internal brickwork. The central area beam and cover plate materials of the upper cover are 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The surrounding steel beams and columns are φ 1598 seamless steel pipe welding. Cover plate is 8mm inside and 6mm outside.
4.4,Smoke evacuation system:
Main flue: the smoke pipe is a diameter Φ1200mm smoke exhaust pipe, the bottom of the smoke pipe is about 3 meters for double water cooling, the material is Q235-A, the thickness is 8mm inside and 6mm outside. It is connected by two insulation flanges, and the insulating material is HP-5. The rest is a single layer, the material is Q235, the thickness is 6mm, the third layer platform has a dust removal pipe interface, and the upper end of the interface is a manual butterfly valve.
2)Auxiliary flue: the outlet smoking cover steel plate 10mm, flue 1200x500mm steel plate thickness is 5mm, manual flip valve. The smoke pipe is directly inserted into the main smoke pipe Φ1200mm through the second floor platform and the flap valve. The insulation between the secondary flue and the furnace shell shall be reliable.
