Product Description:

Stickiness Removal enzyme is a multiple enzyme preparation and designed for stickiness control in the recycled fiber paper, which is applied in the crushing section or the concentrated pulp of waste paper. By effectively hydrolyzing the ester bond of vinyl acetate (PVAc) in stickiness, components of stickiness become water-soluble low-molecular substances such as alcohols. The hydrolysates disperse steadily on the fiber surface, promoting surface passivation and reducing viscosity, greatly decreasing the possibility of agglomerating into large stickiness particles.

Mechanism and Action Mode of Stickiness Removal Enzyme

Stickiness Removal enzyme effectively reduces the wasted anionic content in the system, enhances the efficacy of chemicals with positive charge. The hydrolysates attached on the fiber surface are taken out of the system by following the paper sheets without compromising paper quality. Reduction of stickiness particle deposition in the system effectively decreases Stickiness obstacles caused by stickiness deposition and aggregation.

Characteristics of Stickiness Removal Enzyme

1. Be sure to clean the system used for starch before starting to use bio-sizing enzymes. Wash the entire system with hot water or dilute alkaline strings. (Especially cultural paper)
2. Boiling process. Due to the different technological processes of specific manufacturers, it is required that the reflux of the sizing agent must be filtered through a high-mesh mesh. The starch must be boiled, and cold water cannot be added to cool it down. The boiling time of each time should be basically unchanged, and the reflux tank should be regularly clean up.
3. The dosage of bio-sizing enzyme must be accurate. The amount used must be weighed accurately and not be estimated. Any changes must be tested first.
4. When using low-viscosity starch, there will be cloud-like flocculation or a small amount of yellow impurities when the starch boiled in the boiling tank is stationary, which is caused by the starch itself and solved by filtering. This does not affect the physical indicators of the paper and can be used with confidence.
5. If the stirring of the starch brewing tank is too stable, the heating steam pipeline cannot only be opened from the bottom, and it needs to be changed according to the specific conditions of the site.
