Usage Scope:
Basket Type pressure steam Essential Oil Distill Extraction Tank uses the steam direct distillation method or use the jacket indirectly heating to distill the essential oil .
1. put the fresh or dried aromatic raw materials like the Vetiver, lemongrass, Aquilaria, eucalyptus, thyme. Rosemary, lemon balm, primrose etc into the extraction distiller tank
2. heating the extraction distill tank by steam or electrical etc .
3.heating till inside shell the raw material boiling and vapor
4.condensate the vapor gas by condenser
5.collection the condensated extraction solution
6.collect the essential oil

Basket Type pressure steam Essential Oil Distill Extraction Tank including the following unit : extraction tank ,stainless steel feeding basket ,condenser ,sub-cooler ,oil- water separator unit and pipeline .essential oil distillation extraction machine use the steam directly distill from the extractor tank bottom ,the aroma oil will vapor outside with the steam together ,then cooling by the cooling water and chiller in the condenser and sub-cooler ,the oil with water will enter into the oil/water separator ,the oil and water will separate into two layers due to the different gravity . the aroma essential oil can be collected in the storage tank ,the water can be drain outside .

Basket Type pressure steam Essential Oil Distill Extraction Tank structural features:
1. The internal and external precision polishing of the equipment meets GMP requirements.
2. The equipment is mainly composed of distillation tank, basket, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, etc.
3. The cover of distillation tank is quick opening, which is convenient for disassembly and lifting out the internal hanging
basket. The heating mode is through steam heating.
4. The equipment uses the characteristics of volatile oil and solvent with different boiling points, which are volatile, to
separate them from the solvent and collect them.
5. This equipment provides a new method for the production of special aroma essential oil extraction machine .
