Mixing system

Temperature detection and control
It is heated by a constant temperature water tank and circulated by a circulating pump (Glenfoss, Denmark), automatically controlled (cooling water + 5°C) to 65°C±0.1°C, temperature probe (USA)

pH detection and control
2.00-12.00±0.05pH, automatic control by adding acid and alkali, pH sensor (Switzerland Mettler) and shielded wire (Switzerland Mettler). The fermentation tank is automatically controlled by a peristaltic pump

DO detection and control
0-150±3%, display accuracy 0.1%, sensor (Mettler, Switzerland) and shielded wire (Mettler, Switzerland)

Feed control
Fermentation tank uses peristaltic pump (Longe) to add materials

Defoamer control
Pass sencor test and add defoamer through peristaltic pump
