IHG(ISG) Series Single-Step Single-Priming Duct Centrifugal Pump

The IHG(ISG) series single-step single-priming duct centrifugal pump is designed based on the domestic hydraulic model and character parameters of the IS centrifugal pump. It is a high-efficiency pump suitable for various service temperatures and media, including hot water, high-temperature, and corrosive liquids. The pump features energy conservation, low noise, and reliability. Additionally, it can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor (IRG, IHG, ISG, IHGB) based on customer needs and is manufactured in accordance with ISO2858.

Features:

1. The pump has a vertical structure with inlet and outlet of the same diameter in the same axis, allowing for easy installation in ducts. It has a compact appearance, small covering area, and requires minimal construction investment. It can also be mounted outdoors with a protection hood.


2. For shaft seal, the pump uses a mechanical seal or mechanical combination made of imported Ti alloy seal ring and hard alloy for wear resistance, ensuring longevity of the seal.


3. Installation and maintenance are convenient as the entire rotor can be taken out without disassembling the piping system by simply dismantling the nut of the pump bracket.


4. The pump can be connected in series or parallel based on flow capacity and delivery lift requirements.


5. It offers the flexibility of vertical or horizontal installation to meet different piping arrangement needs.
