It is suitable for sand removal at the inlet, general industrial and domestic water supplyprecipitation, sewage precipitation, oil separation and tailings concentration, etc.

Feature

1. Large wet circumference and small hydraulic radius.
2.The laminar flow state is good, and the particle sedimentation is not interfered by the floc flow.
3.When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed as 3-5 tons/m2 · h. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/sec, and the effluent quality is the best.
4. Honeycomb inclined pipes are used at the water intake, with a length of 2.0 to 3.0 meters, which can safely operate and process in high turbidity with a silt content of 50-100 kg/m3.
5. Inclined tube sedimentation tank is adopted, with a processing capacity of 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated sedimentation tank and pulse sedimentation tank.
