Polyester spunbond mat is made of 100% polyester fiber, and it is produced with continuous polyester fiber, a kind of advanced waterproof material, which has very high tensile strength and better elongation than a staple polyester mat. Spunbond polyester mat is used in many fields, such as waterproof bitumen membranes, underground projects, bridge surfaces, waterproof tanks, and antiseptic material for building bases. Yarn-reinforced polyester mat is spunbond polyester mat reinforced with fiberglass yarn, because of fiberglass yarn, the mat has a high tensile strength in the warp direction so that it can bear faster speeds of bitumen membrane. It is an advanced substrate for APP or SBS-modified bitumen membranes.

1. Loading quantity: 40rolls per 40 feet container with pallet.
2. Roll packaging: PE plastic film.
3. Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 2 layers.
4. Pallet is free of fumigation, a fumigation certificate is available

A: Usually 10000SQM format or 1 Ton for glass fiber.

A: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, and UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
