A: The delivery time depends on your order quantity and prior order schedule, we'll ensure the on-time delivery of your order, normally it's 7-10 days for one container.

A: The TENY artificial grass is produced with drainage holes on the back, so it's water-permeable and drain water fast. Please make sure the base drain well first.
Q: How do I maintain the artificial grass?
A: You don't have to do any work to maintain the artificial grass, only need to clean the dirt with a water hose and leave it to dry. Compared to the natural grass, the artificial grass will save you much maintenance cost
Q: Is my artificial grass hot in summer?
A: The temperature on the artificial grass is higher than it is on the natural grass, the infilled silica sand will help to cool down the artificial lawn, or we can spray water on it to lower the temperature.
