Solvent-free epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor paint

Product features and advantages:
  1. The antistatic effect is excellent and durable, not affected by time, temperature, humidity, etc.
  2. Selection of solvent-free epoxy resin and high quality curing agent;
  3. Smooth surface, beautiful, mirror effect;
  4. Acid, alkali, salt, oil corrosion resistance, especially strong acid and alkali resistance;
  5. Wear resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance;
  6. The ESD level is1.0*104-1.0*109Ω;
Scope of application:
Requirements of highly clean, beautiful, dust-free, sterile and anti-static electronics, microelectronics, communication products, computer production industry, large precision instrument workshop.
Construction technology:
1. Ground treatment: define the construction interface, detect cement ground moisture content, ground temperature, ground flatness, and use a dust-free mill to polish the foundation surface. Remove surface dirt. Overall clean up the construction surface to remove loose cement and stones.
2, bottom coating: after cleaning the surface, use the roller coating epoxy resin bottom coating. Make sure the foundation surface is completely sealed.
3, medium coating: the use of epoxy resin coated with quartz sand, the whole trowel coated one.
4, medium coating batch coating: grinding the surface of the medium coating, the use of epoxy resin coated with quartz powder, the whole batch coated one. The total medium coating amount is about 0.3-0.5kg (depending on ground conditions).
5. Batch coating of conductive layer: paint the surface during grinding, clean up the polishing residue, and then paste conductive copper foil (paste standard: interval less than 6 meters). Apply 1 batch with epoxy resin and conductive powder. The thinner and more uniform the conductive layer, the better. The estimated dosage is 0.15 kg/m2.
6, surface coating: surface coating epoxy resin, using a trowel coating. Hardening temperature of 15 degrees above 12 hours for people to walk, 48 hours after the health period, for cars.
Use tools: blender, roller.
Note:
1. Fireworks and cross operation are strictly prohibited on the construction site;
2, the construction site with: ground moisture content is less than 8%, air humidity is less than 7%, air temperature is more than 10ºC.
3, after the end of the coating, to maintain at a better temperature for more than 7 days before use.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use strong solvents to clean the ground, and rubber pads should be added to protect heavy objects.
