Solvent-based colorful dynamic aluminium pigment, also known as laser aluminium paste or rainbow effect aluminium pigment paste. Its main components are specially treated sheet metal aluminium/oxides and dispersants, which are in a paste like form. Phantom aluminium pigment is a type of optical color changing pigment. The laser paint/ink made of it can present different colors with changes in observation angle, namely heterochromatic color changing phenomenon. It has a significant dynamic color changing effect and presents a bright and bright "rainbow phenomenon" under direct light.

Applications

Specially used for configuring spray paint, it can be used on any smooth substrate surface, and has a wide range of applications in automotive, home appliances, mobile phones, toys, handicrafts, packaging (cosmetics, alcohol, cigarette packet), home decoration, sports equipment, fishing rods, leather, wallpaper and other surface decoration, as well as various anti-counterfeiting fields. It can also be configured as ink for various printing purposes.

The configured laser ink is specifically used for various transparent substrates (glass, PET, PC, Polymethyl methacrylate, PVC, etc.), and is widely used in surface decoration of home appliance panels, home glass sliding doors, mobile phone panels, and various anti-counterfeiting fields.

Located in Shuangfeng Development Zone, Changfeng County, covering an area of about 30 hectares (20,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 2500 tons.
Production base in Tongling city-Sunrise
Located in Hengbu Development Zone, Tongling City, covering an area of 300 hectares (200,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 6000 tons.
Production base in Lu'an city-Sunrise
Located in Huoshan  Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 100 hectares (66,000 square meters). The annual capacity of functional aluminum pigments is 10000 tons.
Production base in Shandong province-Sunrise
Located in Xinfa industrial park,Liaocheng City, Shandong province,covering an area of 80 hectares (66,000 square meters). The annual capacity of spherical aluminum paste is 20000 tons.
Sunrise group-Inner Mongolia production base
Located in Xilinguole, Inner Mongolia, covering an area of 800 hectares (500,000 square meters). It is expected to produce 100,000 tons of aluminum paste . It is expected to be put into production on May 1, 2019.
