Overview:
High efficiency boiling drier is used for boiling drying of granular materials with particle size of 0.1-6mm. It is suitable for drying of finished products and intermediates in pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical industry. Working principle, natural air in the fan under the suction, through the purification cabinet, heater, in the material bed plate hole in the formation of high-speed airflow, and make the material boiling state, in the gas-solid two-phase contact process of large-scale evaporation of water in the material, so as to achieve drying.
Principle:
After the air is heated and purified, the air is introduced by the induced draft fan from the lower part and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. In the working room, the fluid is formed by stirring and negative pressure. The water evaporates quickly and is carried away with the exhaust, and the material is quickly dried.
Scope of application:
1.Drying of wet granules and powdery materials in the fields of medicine, food, feed and chemical industry.
2.Screw extrusion particles, rolling particles, high-speed mixing granulation particles.
3.Large particle, small block, viscous bulk material.
4.The material of volume change during drying, such as Taro, wall acrylamide, etc.
Features:

2.The drying speed is fast, the temperature is even, each batch drying time is in 20-30 minutes.
3.The Hopper is arranged with agitation to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of furrow flow during drying.
4.It adopts tipping and unloading, which is convenient, rapid and complete. It can also design the automatic feeding and discharging system according to the requirement.
5.The fluidized bed has a circular structure to avoid dead angle.
