Our oil refining machine referring to the process design of relevant factories, intermittent hydration degumming, high temperature dehydration, and clay sand adsorption decolorization are designed. In the design process, the more advanced technology at home and abroad was referenced, and the method of phosphoric acid-assisted degumming was adopted to reduce the content of phosphorus ester to the standard range. A continuous and high-efficiency mixer is used, and the saponin is separated by the principle of sedimentation, so that the degumming and deacidification process has achieved standardized production. The dehydration process adopts precise temperature control equipment to ensure that the dehydration rate is high, and the oil is not oxidized or blackened. The decolorization process adopts the advanced clay sand arrangement method, which ensures the uniformity of the clay arrangement and the highest utilization rate, thus ensuring the effect of decolorization. The use of filter tank decolorization allows continuous filtration of oil, providing conditions for standardized production of the entire process.

Working Principle
The small edible oil refiner uses the principle of different density and incompatible light, heavy liquid and solid phasesin the mixed liquid, and different settling speeds in gravity to achieve the purpose of separating and stratifying or allowingsolid particles in the liquid to settle ; After separation, after ore fine filtration, adsorption, decolorization, etc., the oil becomes clear and fragrant.
