Small Oil Refinery Unit has advantage of compact structure, stable performance, automatically and high technical. It can be matched freely according to clients requirements on refinery, the capacity is from 0.5-3T/day, it is ideal equipments for small commercial line and oil factory which has itself hot resource, no need match steam boiler.
1. Degumming tank: To take away the hydrated & unhydrated phospholipids in crude oil
2. Neutralization tank: Add alkali to neutralize the high acid value in material oil
3. Deodorizer: Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil.
4. Bleaching Vessel: Used to rid off the color of the oil
5. Beaching Clay Tank: Storing Bleaching earth
6. Thermal heater: Connecting to the deodorizer, to make oil produce high & stable temperature.
7. Oil storage tank: Storing refinery oil.
8. Bag filter: For the final refinery oil cleaning.
